During these times of change and uncertainty we have had the opportunity to contemplate the impermanence of things in a clear and tangible way, making us more conscious, empathetic and sensitive towards our fellow beings.

With the intention of offering a rewarding but above all safe and reliable experience, all events, retreats, workshops and teacher trainings will be carried out following a strict hygiene protocol to guarantee the well-being of all participants and Solstice Yoga Centers’ staff.

In order to provide the safest possible experience, it is a prerequisite that all event participants, including Solstice Yoga Centers’ staff, can present a negative Covid-19 antigen test (of not more than 48 hours old) upon arrival.
